2 - Planning for Training:

Planning your training over time seen in the target taking into account your available time, your level of fatigue and stress..

1 and 2 are included in the same service and last about 1h30mn.

3 - Revaluation of performance and monitoring:

Monitoring - CHECK POINT reassess regularly your new skills to adapt the training program.
Monitoring - LONGITUDINAL you train both under our supervision in the center for specific training and outside on the basis of the established program.
